Meet our Staff |
| L. Joseph Marquard, President
Founder and President of Saddle River Marketing Concepts, Inc. He was employed by Lederle Laboratories for eighteen years with a progression of sales and marketing management assignments including sales representative, hospital sales representative, district manager, product manager, product group manager, and area director for the Far East and Middle East. Following his career at Lederle, he was Director of Marketing at Knoll Pharmaceuticals Company for five years. He founded Saddle River Marketing Concepts, Inc. in February, 1994.

| Omar Gomez, Operations Manager
Omar has over 12 years experience in operations and management. Omar started his career at Saddle River Marketing Concepts, and he has progressed steadily to his current position as Director of Fulfillment Operations. Omar has an excellent understanding of computer systems and quality management, and he has hands-on experience in every aspect of direct mail assembly, fulfillment, and inventory control.

| Sue Marquard RN, Vice President/Telemarketing Supervisor
Sue has been the telemarketing supervisor at SRMC since our inception in 1994. She has extensive telemarketing experience both on the telephone and as a teleservices supervisor. Her nursing experience includes ICU, CCU, Emergency Room, hematology, and long term care nursing settings.

| Anna Fitzgerald, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor
Anna Fitzgerald joined Saddle River Marketing Concepts in January 2000. Anna is an ASQ certified auditor. She has experience as a telemarketing and data entry supervisor. She currently supports the SRMC sales efforts, and is responsible for SMRC quality systems.

| Ivan Aksentijevic/Radomir Beljanski- Computer Programming
Saddle River Marketing Concepts (SRMC) has two full-time programmers on staff. Ivan Aksentijevic and Radomir Beljanski have been employed by SRMC since 1999. Both have BS Degrees in Electric and Computer Engineering. Between them, they have over 30 years experience in database design and communication projects. Both have strong skills in programming, database design, C/C++, ProC++, SQL, Unix, and Oracle. Ivan and Radomir installed our Oracle database have written over 200 existing programs which can be utilized or revised to meet your reporting requirements. Because we have a custom system, we can be much more flexible in reporting and responding to your specific requirements. |
